We started Auggie on learning and automating Whirlpool claims just a few weeks ago and he is doing an amazing job. Here is what he has been able to accomplish to automate claims submitted to ClaimWorks by our clients and staff:
– Checking for the proper Technician ID number
– Validating purchase dates with the entitlement API
– Checking for valid S-codes
– Searching for Case #’s
– Correcting Parts Shipped at No Charge to Distributor #976793
– Removing Customer’s Private Information from customer complaint data such as Gate Codes
– Closing Dispatches via API when submitting a claim
– Validating that repeat repairs on same serial are > 90 days
