The interview process – What you can expect

As a candidate applying for a Customer Service representative at JPO you will be interviewed online by our seasoned group of experienced team members. The general purpose of the interview is knowing what to expect working at JPO to help you  reduce interview anxiety, while gaining and understanding your personality and self-motivation. Most of our job interviews can be broken down into three phases: Introduction to JPO, getting to know you and your qualifications and deciding if you will be a good fit for our team. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish – we believe an interview is a two-way street. By the way don’t worry we are friendly people! Relax and take your time? Most of all be prepared to engage in an online  professional and casual conversation.

Workplace Training and Development

The importance of training goes far beyond checking off a to-do task for our employees. A high-quality, comprehensive training program provides our employees a greater understanding of JPO’s processes, procedures, and goals. It also enables them with the knowledge and skills they need to be effective in their roles.

At JPO you will undergo a comprehensive training program specifically designed for the tasks you will perform.

Technology and Equipment requirements

In order to successfully fulfill the requirements of the position the candidate must have the following technology and equipment:

  • Windows System 10 or above
  • Intel core i5, 6th gen or above
  • 8gb ram (minimum)
  • Dual monitor (or must obtain one after hired)
  • Dual ISP (backup internet different than main)
  • Noise cancelling head set for telephone calls.

Basic Educational Requirements

We seek talented, well educated team members with a strong desire and enthusiasm to excel. You must hold the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus.
  • Your skills must include working as a Customer Service representative for a high call volume BPO company for a minimum of one (1) year fluent in the English language.
  • Must have quiet workplace if working remotely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
