Leadership Team

OUR FOUNDER

Janice Salmon has been an entrepreneur for many years. She started her first small business, a data entry service bureau, in 1972 which lead to the purchase of KeyProcessors, another data entry service bureau in 1983. Finding a niche market in consumer electronic paper claims, she built the data entry company into a claims processing and validation servicei. Merging in 1989 with a marketing firm to form KeyPrestige Inc.(KPI) the company grew to $4 million by 2000.

The concept of providing warranty claims and field service management for manufacturers using the same service network was the key to success. Removing the duplication of efforts across the industry saved manufacturers millions in time and effort. Selling and buying back KPI twice before the final sale to ServicePower in 2004.

Janice continued to support her past relationships and founded JustPressOne in 2009. Proud to have grown JustPressOne to 150 employees and a stable profit margin to now have goals to change the way the In Home Service industry and once again processing warranty claims on their behalf.
Janice also owns OC Breast Wellness dedicated to changing the future of breast exams for women all over the world. Mother of 3 and grandmother of 2, Janice is also proud of her three time U.S. Open Swing Dance Champions.

OUR CEO

Ryan Buswell has been working in Customer service industry for over 15 years. In 2011, Ryan went into customer service and retail sales working for the British fashion giant Burberry. During his time in retail, Ryan developed a knowledge in front end customer services, sales and back of house operations and logistics.

After leaving Burberry in 2014 to pursue a degree in electrical engineering Ryan began working part time with Janice and Jeff part time taking phone calls and developing early relationships with clients. Over the next few years Ryan invested more time and resources into growing JPO and in June of 2018 Ryan moved from the US to the Philippines to help establish their first true office overseas. A week after arriving in the Philippines, Ryan hosted the first class of new recruits under the JPO banner. That year, JPO had 21 employees in the US and 3 in Davao. As of December of 2021, JPO now has over 130 employees in the Philippines and 11 in the US.

Ryan lives in Cebu with his Fiancé Martha, 2 dogs Rio​and Mara, and in his free time is rebuilding a vintage car.

CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Carmen is from Rochester New York and moved to Southern California where she worked in many different fields from Accounting to graduating from Paul Mitchell Academy to become a Hairstylist. Shortly after having her first daughter in 2014, she met Janice and began working as Customer Service Representative part time from home for JPO. During her tenure in the organization, she became an Operations Supervisor to Operations Manager then eventually becoming the Client Relations Manager. Her current responsibilities include the oversight of operations productivity, onboarding new clients and relaying directives from the client to their team members inside JPO. She currently lives in South Carolina together with her husband and 4 beautiful children.

Carmen is agent #4, that goes to show how much we have grown as an organization and she couldn’t be prouder of where we started, where we are and where we are going.  Growth is never by mere chance, it is a result of great forces working together to achieve the great things. She is honored to be a part of such a wonderful team and is always here to help.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Frank Bruno has a vast entrepreneurial background with over 4 decades of owning restaurant businesses in San Francisco.

Frank joined JustPressOne Inc. in 2016 as a Customer Service Coach. He brought extensive customer service expertise to the organization when he was brought back from retirement to work alongside Janice Salmon to coach and refine the customer service skills for JustPressOne Inc.

In 2018, Frank expanded his role with JustPressOne Inc. by taking on the additional challenge as Vice President of Sales. Currently, he bolsters the organization’s client base as he continues to be very hands on with training and coaching the general staff.

He has found the time to achieve his long-time personal goal of acquiring his PGA (professional golfers association of America) card which took him 5 years to attain.

Frank is a proud New Jersey native and loves to spend the weekend with his lovely wife, Angela while gardening and spending time with the whole family. Frank Bruno is a proud father of 4 and a grandfather of 4 adorable grandchildren.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Anthony Martinez has been with the business process outsourcing industry for almost 2 decades. He has successfully led several lines of businesses and campaigns and throughout his career, he was able to manage different types of business areas such as sales, customer service, finance, logistics and technical support.

He is always willing to learn and master new skills as he have worn several hats which includes Human Resources, Quality Assurance and Analytics. Anthony also made his mark with Training and Development as a trainer, instructional designer before he decided to become a part of Operations.

Anthony Martinez graduated in University of San Carlos Cebu with a degree on Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Fine Arts in New York University. He is passionate about science, poetry, music, and art. Some of his “nerd credentials” includes attending comic cons, being a game reviewer, a broken console game collector, MENSA international member and a wannabe Astrophysicist.  Anthony also thinks that Star Wars is his religion.

Despite being a “couch surfer” he still enjoys playing a variety of sport activities such as baseball, basketball, table tennis, billiards, boxing, and mixed martial arts. Although, he also loves to play games on his mobile phone, game consoles and tends to sometimes binge watch movies all day. Anthony Martinez joined JustPressOne Inc. in November of 2020 as an Operations Manager and currently resides in Cebu, Philippines with his daughter Andi and Maddi.

TRAINING MANAGER

Erik Babol has nearly a decade of combined experience in corporate education for customer service, lead-generation, telemarketing, sales, technical support, and back-office solutions.

He is a dynamic, result-oriented team player who focuses on training & curriculum development, individual professional development, and performance management.

Prior to him joining JustPressOne inc. Erik Babol held various senior training and training supervision roles with leading global organizations such as Demand Science, Convergys (now Concentrix) and Teleperformance.

Erik Babol resides, and is born and raised in Cebu City, Philippines.
