Auggie™ our AI Machine Learning genius is making excellent progress with the enhancements to the ClaimWorks system operated by JustPressOne, Inc.

According to Auggie he analyzed 5,136 different datapoints and automatically made 3,272 corrections on Whirlpool claims this month.

Auggie stated the number one thing he learned this month that stops servicers from getting their claims paid is incorrect service explanation. Auggie went on the say he has gotten a lot smarter though as his team added a couple of new tools in his toolbox and now he is able to not only replace words that warranty companies are looking for but he can remove them too!

Auggie also knows how to navigate Whirlpool’s new warranty types. He can tell when a unit was purchased or manufactured using the Entitlement Tool!

Next month the team will be cross-training Auggie on GE claims processing and job coding.
