This year, we had an excellent experience at the United Appliance Servicers Association (ASTI) trade show, alongside Kelly from Claims, Jim from Sales, and Carmen from Operations. We proudly showcased Auggie, with Kelly managing the keyboard while I provided attendees with an in-depth overview of ClaimWorks.
Throughout the event, both in our class and at the trade show booth, we addressed numerous inquiries regarding what sets us apart and how we can assist service companies in securing compensation for the work they perform on behalf of manufacturers and third-party administrators.
Additionally, we emphasized the importance of hiring agents from JustPressOne, highlighting their unwavering commitment to the business and adherence to rigorous training protocols to effectively manage appliance consumer interactions on your behalf. We also proudly shared our recent achievement of being awarded the “Great Place to Work” certification for 2024, with an outstanding score of over 94%. This recognition underscores that we are not just any contact center, but one that genuinely cares.

2025 Drawing
Contest
Celebrate the Chinese New Year with creativity and artistry! This year, we’re inviting JPO employees to showcase their drawing skills in our annual Chinese New Year Drawing Contest. Let’s highlight the spirit of the zodiac and celebrate the Lunar New Year together!
- Must be hand-drawn using any traditional medium (e.g., pencil, pen, colored pencils, markers, watercolor, etc.).
- Size: A4 (8.27 x 11.69 inches).
- Ensure the drawing is scanned or photographed clearly for submission.
- All entries must be submitted through newyearcontest@
justpressone.com - Deadline:February 28, 2025 (11:59 PM Manila Time)
- All entries will be posted on the JPO Company Page for community-wide voting.
- Voting starts on March 1, ends on March 15, 2025
- Spread the Word! During the voting period, encourage your friends, neighbors, and relatives to cast their votes.
- Originality: Submissions must be original. Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification.
- Participation: Only one entry per employee is allowed.
- Posting: By submitting your artwork, you agree to have it posted on JPO’s official channels for the contest.
- Ownership: Employees retain ownership of their artwork, but JPO reserves the right to feature it in promotional materials related to the contest.
- 1st Place: $50
- 2nd Place: $25
- 3rd Place: $15

The Southwestern University College of Dentistry Volleyball Team has submitted a solicitation request to JPO for financial assistance to purchase team jerseys. Their team consists of 16 male players and 12 female players, totaling 28 athletes.
This initiative reflects JustPressOne’s commitment to sports and community involvement, fostering meaningful partnerships with student organizations.
