With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the customer service industry, Ryan Buswell has consistently demonstrated his expertise and commitment to excellence. Starting his career in 2011 at British fashion giant Burberry, Ryan honed his skills in retail sales and customer service, acquiring substantial knowledge in front-end operations, sales, and logistics.
Ryan’s journey took a pivotal turn in 2014 when he left Burberry to pursue a degree in electrical engineering, simultaneously working part-time with co-founders Janice and Jeff. During this period, he played a crucial role in nurturing early client relationships and setting the foundation for JustPressOne (JPO). His dedication saw him investing significant time and resources into the expansion of JPO.
In June 2018, Ryan relocated from the US to the Philippines to establish JPO’s first official office overseas. Within a week of his arrival, he successfully onboarded the inaugural class of recruits under the JPO banner. Under his leadership, JPO has grown exponentially from 21 employees in the US and 3 in Davao to over 300 employees across the Philippines and the United States as of 2024.
Outside of his professional life, Ryan is an avid enthusiast of classic cars and scuba diving. His passion for adventure also finds him sailing around the world, exploring new horizons and cultures.
